Yoga Therapy Class
Due to quarantine restrictions, we are limiting attendance to no more than 3 students/hour. You must reserve your spot each Thursday by 12pm here.

Do you have back pain? Neck or shoulder aches? Knee pain? Or perhaps you're pregnant, or have menstrual issues, or hot flashes waking you at night? If you have a special concern, this class is for you. After a one-on-one consultation with me, you will receive an individualized sequence to address your particular concerns. Teachers will be present to guide you through your sequence, make sure you are doing it safely, and to provide the support that you need.
I am fortunate to have studied Iyengar Yoga for healing since 2001 with the best teachers in the world, including 6 trips to India to learn directly from the Iyengar family, and to assist in their medical classes. Although there is always so much more to learn, I feel obliged to share what has been passed on to me. As a mother of 3, I specialize in women's conditions, including menstrual pain, menopause, and prenatal/postnatal yoga. I also have personal and professional experience with back, shoulder, and knee pain, which I have healed from through the intelligence and power of Iyengar Yoga.
